We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that content is not just creative—it is strategic.
What This Role Exists to Do
This role exists to translate our real estate vision, projects, and investment philosophy into clear, compelling digital narratives that build authority and confidence.
You will be responsible for how the brand is perceived online—across platforms, content formats, and audience touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a consistent social media content strategy aligned with brand positioning
- Create and manage content calendars across relevant platforms
- Produce or coordinate high-quality content (educational, brand, project-focused, and engagement content)
- Write clear, professional captions that communicate value—not hype
- Manage comments, DMs, and community interactions professionally
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and launches

- Understand how to build brand authority, not just engagement
- Can simplify complex real estate or investment concepts into clear content
- Are intentional with words, visuals, and storytelling
- Are comfortable being accountable for content performance
- Can work independently and meet deadlines without supervision

- Chase trends without strategy
- Avoid structure, feedback, or performance tracking
- Struggle with consistency and attention to detail
Requirements
- Proven experience managing brand social media accounts
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content tools
- Ability to plan, execute, and report on content performance
- Experience in real estate, finance, or premium brands is an advantage
