We are looking for a Professional Videographer who can plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content that strengthens our brand, showcases our properties, and drives engagement across digital platforms.
This role is for someone who understands storytelling, visual branding, content strategy, and professional video production, and who can consistently create compelling visuals that support marketing performance and business growth.
What This Role Exists to Do
This role exists to drive powerful visual storytelling that strengthens our brand presence and communicates the value of our properties through high-quality video content.
You will be responsible for planning, capturing, and producing compelling visual content that supports marketing campaigns, showcases our developments, and enhances brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute professional video shoots that showcase our properties, brand story, and marketing campaigns.
- Design and produce high-quality visual content, including property tours, promotional videos, and social media clips.
- Manage video production workflow from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery with professionalism and consistency.
- Continuously improve visual quality and storytelling by reviewing footage, analyzing engagement, and optimizing content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop video concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand identity.

- Struggle to plan, organize, and execute structured video shoots
- Are unable to meet production deadlines or maintain consistency in content delivery
- Prefer vague direction instead of working with clear content goals and brand vision
- Do not pay attention to details such as lighting, audio quality, framing, and visual presentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in professional videography and video production, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, sound, and storytelling for digital and marketing content.
- Experience using professional video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience creating content for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Real estate or property videography experience is an advantage, especially in creating property tours and promotional visuals.
