We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can design, manage, and optimize digital systems that generate qualified leads and support business growth.
This role is for someone who understands funnels, performance, and accountability.
What This Role Exists to Do
This role exists to drive predictable, trackable growth through well-structured digital campaigns and marketing systems.
You will be responsible for building and managing the digital engine that supports sales, partnerships, and long-term brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Design, optimize, and manage lead generation funnels
- Track ad performance, conversion rates, and ROI
- Manage ad budgets and reporting with transparency
- Collaborate with content and sales teams to improve conversion
- Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns continuously
- Prepare clear performance reports and insights for management
This Role Is For You If You:
- Think in systems and funnels, not isolated tactics
- Are data-driven and comfortable with numbers and reporting
- Understand how marketing supports sales, not replaces it
- Can take ownership of performance and results

- Run ads without clear objectives or tracking
- Rely on guesswork instead of testing and optimization
- Prefer vague responsibilities
Requirements
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid ads, funnels, and analytics
- Experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM systems
- Ability to manage budgets and report performance clearly
- Real estate or investment marketing experience is an advantage
